Any one Get Approved since Last Week?

There was some one was saying that G's Major System Update is going on and that's why they are not approving sites. I wanna know if some one is approved for adsense in last week?

Approved? What do you mean by getting a website approved for Adsense?

I just make a new website and paste my google code over there and I can see the results in my account. Is anything wrong I am doing?
