they banned me a month ago and they just sent me a post telling me to enter the code so how do i?

I guess the code they sent you by post is the PIN, since your a/c already suspended, the PIN is as of no use already.

Maybe that has something to do with the fact that you asked your users to engage in fraud. Direct quote from your posting on your site:

Nasty, the "Please click on our sponsers" abuse.

If you were serious about appeasing Google and begging and pleading to get back into the program you sure as heck wouldn't still have that text on your web site.

Also, I see you openly chatting about spamming other forums on your shoutbox.

I think Google made a real good call on this one.
