please tell me how I can have my account reopen again
Unless you can prove anything from you sites log file its bye bye to your adsense account I'm afraid, the email you received is generic and they only says it's because of invalid clicks and don't specify the exact reason for the termination
Now you are not the first person to have your account terminated and you certainly won't be the last but you must of done something what is against the google terms of service which I assume you have read....haven't you?
On your other posts you have been trying to contact google so you must of known you had a problem, what was that?
In case anyone can't find the links to the Program Policies and Terms and Conditions pages
[google.com...]
[google.com...]
You should read these pages over and over again to make sure your site conforms otherwise your account will be terminated
However, I do note that your site does appear to promote illegal activity, i.e. copying of DVDs movies. If I understand your site correctly, that is against the TOS for Google and would also have you banned.
Politically it also doesn't help your case, I don't think, that you are promoting the idea on your site that people sign up for a program to get paid to search Google.
I've been using Adsense since summer 2003 and it had become by far my major income source from my sites. I've emailed Google to plead my case but don't expect a response. It's terrifying how quickly and seemingly without care for the consequences that Google can simply switch off an income stream.
I understand its need to protect Adwords advertisers but kicking out publishers like this is a very brutal way to do business.
I have never so much as clicked on an ad on any of my pages. Nor have any of my family or friends.
Most of the time when I read these “Google closed my account because of invalid clicks” threads, the plea is often “but I never clicked on any ads.” This leads me to believe that many publisher have a narrow definition of what an invalid click is. Sure, if you click on an ad, that is an invalid click, but so is that perfect stranger just clicking away on your ads.
In other words, getting your account closed because of invalid click may not have a thing to do with you or your friends. You may simple have a site that attracts the wrong kind of people, those who click away on Google ads which results in you getting the boot from AdSense.

Agree.
"if they don't approve adsense on other sites, will they just email us and ask us to take out adsense or modify the sites following their recommendation?
or will they suspend the whole account?"
The original, on which it had been running for two years and was the site in my original application is about recordable DVD. It has lots of info on DVD authoring, set-top DVD recorders and DVD camcorders.
The other two sites are hobbyist information sites on home theater and HDTV.
What really puzzles me is that I checked my stats about 90 minutes before getting the email and there was nothing unusual in them.
It's particulalrly galling to see the number of scraper sites and others which offer zero value to visitors still running Adsense ads.
