"May 24, 2005 Payment in progress"

Google owns as always. I'm wondering if Google approves everyone at once or by how much they make or what? Some months I've been approved before the 20th and some the 27th.. funny

Payment in progress - UK via EFT.

Strangely this was only updated today, but dated as the 25th.

Mine is progress as well (EFT-USA).

A question though. This is only my second payment...what is this current payment for? April 1-30? When I do a report for that period I am showing that I earned about 25% more than what they are paying me. When does the google pay period stop and end?

Thanks,
~shiva

Well when I do a report for April 1-April 30 it comes out to approximately 25% more than what my payment amount is.

Shiva do you use a google search box? According to google, revenue from using the google search box may be offset at the end of the month due to costs associated with search. Could be one possiblity

No I don't use a search box. Good try though. I have heard some people say that they have been taking out taxes. Could that be it? It would be strange if they did that without asking or even telling me....

Does your report amount for April equal your payment?

My friend has his account set to receive standard delivery checks and he is showing:

May 24, 2005 Payment...

My account on the other hand is on EFT and is showing:

May 25, 2005 Payment in progress

Both of us are in California and the only major difference besides payment type is that my earnings are significantly higher than his.

shiva -- are you sure it's not more like 29%? They are probably withholding taxes. Make sure you have checked "I am exempt from backup withholding" on the tax form.

What is the first letter of your email address on the adsense account - i wonder what order they do it in?!

i wonder what order they do it in?!

I think it has to do with how fast his bank accepts and shows payments.

I think Google probably already "initiated" the payment to get sent, just some banks show it sooner than others (for various banking technical reasons).

My problem got cleared up by a google rep. It seems that 'channel' date can give you inflated figures and aggregate data is the acutal accurate count. Weird.

This is the first time for me "payment in progress" status.

Let me know whether its due to error, i have to contact G regarding this?

Think I'm right in saying UK EFT payments haven't hit the bank accounts yet. Anyone like to disagree?

My EFT also went through and showed up in my TD account. Exchange rate to Canadian Dollor is 1.2560, not bad.

paypal takes like 3-4days.

Let's see. 71 million members, 3 to 4 days on each transaction, interest at 3%, OOPS! My calculator doesn't have enough digits.
