Adsense payment USD vs INR?

Dear Friends!

A) Currently iam getting adsense payment in US Dollars around 200 to 230 US dollars PER MONTH but i will get more
money in future ( by God, GOOGLE GOD... ) so please suggest me which is the best method?

1) Check in US dollars?

or

2) Check in INR?

B) If I Receive the payment in Indian Rupees whether i need to give PAN number to deposit the check in my bank?

OR Any limit for the PAN number.

a. Payment in USD is slightly cheaper if you use a Public sector bank
b. no Pan no. required
