I don't know how effective contacting Google is, or what the best way to get a quick answer is, but manners would suggest that you at least start with the most appropriate route suggested here [google.com].

Since you posted this in the Adsense forum, I'll guess that your query for them is about Adsense. If you've already signed up for Adsense you can send an email to [e-mail].

If you send it from the email address wo which you are registered with Google and use the contact form on the adsense page, you will get a fast response.

I've been very impressed at the speed in which they do respond.
