It will save a lot of duplicate threads/posts if everyone contributes to the same thread [webmasterworld.com] on the topic of AdSense checks :)
Depending on where you are located, it could easily be in transit still. I would probably wait another week before panicking, I remember when July's checks were sent, there was quite a variation in when people were receiving them.
I am not happy for you that you are still waiting, but I am happy it is not just me; I am on the East Coast too.
I guess I'll have to camp out by the mailbox for yet another day. At least I can take Sunday off - it is starting to get cold outside, and I would like the chance to take a shower.
Mayor, was your check relatively large? Mine was. If I were a payment company and were allowed to hold checks until the 30th, it may be worth the extra accrual of interest.
If you are so concerned, just drop a note to AdSense, asking them if you will be getting August's check or not. They are very prompt in their replies, even on the weekend, and you will get that shower much quicker.
Even with a suspended account, their Contact Us should still be accessible to you:

It won't make a difference about the size of mayor's check, they were all sent out at the same time. And it is against the AdSense terms to discuss it.
9. No Guarantee. Google makes no guarantee regarding the level of impressions of or clicks on any Ad, the timing of delivery of such impressions and/or clicks, or the amount of any payment to be made to You under this Agreement.

That would probably cover it (bold emphasis is mine).
And I am sure the legal team at Google has also written the payment section in the terms in such a way that they can withhold the entire payment if they choose to do so.
Google reserves the right to withhold payment or charge back Your account due to any of the foregoing, any breach of this Agreement by You
[google.com...]It doesn't state only the fraudulent clicks will be held back. It says they have the right to withhold payment.
Like I said, just drop the AdSense team a note and see what their response is. It doesn't matter how you or I interpret the same terms, it is how the law (and Google) interprets it, so a quick email to Google will give you the answer you need.
On the prior month the report said it was sent on August 20. But the check I received had a date of August 27. I received it on September 2. That's 13 days after the "payment sent" date on the web report.
Since last month's check took 13 days from the "payment sent" date to be received, I hope to receive this month's check on or about October 7.
My payment should be for a small amount, just over the minimum for payment. I'm not spending much time or energy on AdSense, nor am I offering them much of my traffic, until I learn if I can trust them. I don't want to be in your shoes wondering if I'm going to get ripped-off for an important payment.
