google disable my account. i didnt break any rules

who can give me an advice please

i just got disable account . they say i have an illegal click on my website but i never click on my own ads. NEVER! last day before i got email about disable my account i just add more content to my site and go to sleep :'( . How could it be? i try to send email to google team but still dont get any response. on my country there are most used adsl provider and i'm one of customer. some advance customer just tell me when we surf the net we have same IPs. maybe that's why i got disable account but does google will accept this? someone it's not make any sense but it's true i never click on my ads. why i want to cut off the way for earning some money from google? answer is no way i dont want cut off my way. how google decide it's illegal click. if some one who dont like you want to cut off the way for earning money and then he make an illegal click and you got account disable. is it your false coz you have some one dont like you? NO! and i dont know why, How? i asking them for investigating this problem for my account

There is only so much advice we can offer in a situation like this m simple because we do not have access to any data than Google may have. I appreciate that it must be extremely distressing but all you can do it present your case to Google. If you do not get a reply to your email, try again. Explain everything to them and offer to let them see your logs for the period in question. If you still do not hear from then you may wish to call them or maybe better still write to them. If you did not click on your own ads then this is worth fighting for.

thank you for fast advice/reply it's a nightmare when you update your website and check on site in the morning , "Wow there are many people see on my new update" but where is ads? then check email "Your Account disable" :( i'm plublisher in this adsense for 5 month now. i happy with it. but now :(

it's not fair i found some thread about "revenge". i know google protect the advertiser but why google not pretect plublisher too. we cannot control people on internet. we cant control who hate you and know you are google plublisher and you get ban. i cant tell my isp to give me just one ip for me not one ip for all your customer. i listen my advance tech friend and he give me an example that i got the same ip like him. :'( . how can i check how can i tell google?

yes it's english i'm from thailand. if you wonder why my isp do like this because it's very expensive for pay bandwidth to CAT who own network by government. it's have to share bandwitdh to customer who pay 20$/month for 1M Adsl connection but the real connection is not 1M. ADSL in thailand just popular there are many people want to use it but the company want only money. share ratio is very very very high . :(

I had the same situation loooong time ago, must be like 8-9 months ago, it realy blows!

But what i did, was explaind what happend. That nobody clicked google ads, (that i did`t click them) Show them my traffic stats and show increse of hits the past few days.

Meaning my site was hit-botted by some idiot, wanted me to get out of google adsense,
he used a bot to sed fake hits to my site with PROXIES, google piced that up and suspeded my account.

I got a email from them 1-2 days later, saying that my account is active, they said that i should inform them if same thing happeds agein.
So that they dont ban my account.

Since then i have never had any problems with them. They are very good with customer care, and replayd to all my mails..

my 2 cents..! :/

i hope i will be lucky like you. i try to email them 4 time now from 13.00 pm till now it's 3.30 am of next day i still waiting . i feel very sleepy but i want to explain them about it. my time is opposite USA 12 Hours. when they work i'm sleep :( . you are very lucky. i hope they will understand me and my situation.

Take it easy, if I worked for Google, I would not reinstate you just for sending 5 emails. Just send them one and it will be answered.

Google can be very slow replying to e-mails... You may have to wait a few weeks.

In the mean time, get all of your site stats/data together and ready to present them with information if they are interested.

I asked if your site was in english and you said yes. From the way you write, it seems to me that google banned you for reasons beyond the obvious. I'm an adwords advertiser and If I came across a site written in broken english I would put it on the banned list, maybe Goolge is thinking along the same lines?

I have wondered about why people from your area and sharing your IP would be clicking on a site written in English. Something just doesn't seem right. Maybe there's more to this you could fill in.

this is an ip i log in to this forums and many people who use this adsl from this company have the same ip like me and i dont know him. my website is in english and yes i write it myself . like that i said i didnt break any rules i didnt make an invalid click. i dont know who click it. my visitor is in most in my country who want to see my content in english. there are many thai people and foriegn peple who live in thai and use that adsl company.

maybe someone who want to revenge me. i know google protect advertiser but what about plublisher? if he got revenge or something not fair not possible not make sense.?

Care to paraphrase to us what did you write to them on those 4 emails you wrote them?

I think it helps to be proactive and right upfront disclose all information you collected (IPs, referrers, logs, etc) on your first email to them, rather than just asking 'why was i banned'.

please give me report and ip about it. i need investigating for my account coz i never click on my own ads and there are adsl user use the same ip.

but the bad thing i not update my stat too much i use awstat. and my website is use under my main domain.
there are 4 ip

yanadhorn, you are finished with AdSense whether you like it or not. The email they sent you is very clear about it. There is nothing more to be done. Invalid clicks do not always mean that you clicked. So obviously this thread can end. Move on.

"invalid clicks" as defined by google means clicks generated through violations of the Adsense terms and conditions - whether it is from the owner clicking on ads himself, incentivizing the clicks (aka "CLICK ADS TO SUPPORT THIS SITE"), or violating the myriad of other rules one has to follow as an Adsense publisher.

ok thank you for every advice for me i will end this thread. i will remember this. i always following the rules and accept it. but why then do like this to me. i know what is invalid click. i'm not stupid. if you face this problem like me you will think about me. i feel it not fair. it's my name it's my account it's my website that i work hard on it. someone maybe face this problem like me. i'm sure coz i see many thread talking about "Revenge". that what bad guy or your enemy do on your site. beware them if you dont want to be disable
