Hallo everyone!

I would like to place ad links by google in my website. So let me know about any suggestion regarding CTR, High payout etc..,

Ads by google display only High payout ads at top line? Anyone checked the CTR through channel report?

Adlinks should be tested on ever site, in my opinion.

Let it run (set up channels for this!) for a good 30 days.

You can't make quick decisions on new ad units.

For me --- 50% of the adlinks worked great - 50% of them I am reviewing to be replaced.

Just to give you some motivation, 50% of my earnings come from a single Adlinks block. Give it a try.

But did the revenue come from what the regular AdSense ads woudl have made?

I ran AdLinks for a while, but it appeared that they were pulling clicks away from AdSense. Also me EPC dropped, which could have been a smart pricing adjustment.

No, I have leaderboard ad on top and when Google inrodouced Adlinks I've included one Adlinks unit under main menu and my earnings doubled. I was running skyscraper ad unit before that with much worster results. Also, Adlinks are more discrete and less annoying to my visitors

I get great results for AdLinks on pages that tend to attract visitors that are looking for a particular product or service. The reason? My theory is that for these people the ads are themselves content.

Imagine that you are looking for the best place to buy "red widgets".

You do a search at Yahoo and it sends you do a page that has some information about widgets and an AdLinks ad with 5 categories one of which is "red widgets". Just what you are looking for!

You are almost sure to click on the AdLinks and very likely to click on an ad on the results page.
