Some days I get 28% click through. No less than 13% ever.

There is no maximum. On second thought, I'm guessing 100% is the limit...

i have actually had a couple of obscure channels with over 100% CTR... it occurs when one visitor clicks on a couple ads.

nathan thanks, i am getting a sudden increase in the CTR day by day ( it is also after may -5 google adsense stats updation problem), but the impressions is getting down which should more than that shows in the adsense stat, but seems to be geniune click throughs because i have changed my web pages with targeting visitors all over the world, my web stats also showing more visitors from USA now. that's why i am asking whether
google will cut my account because of the sudden increase in the CTR. eventhough the CTR increase there is no much increase in the overall income per day.

No, Google doesn't care what your click-through is as long as the clicks are legitimate.

Yes, I've read about people who have had this happen. I had a feeling someone would point out that it's possible to go over 100%... thanks for ruining my little joke! ;-)

I used to have 50% CTR when my site was first launched. As the traffic grows, the CTR keeps dropping to about 3-5% nowadays.

Mine is the other way around. When I first started I had a CTR of about 5%. Now I have thousands of visitors and my CTR is a lot better. But I guess that's because I made some changes to my sites.

I don't think there is "maximum CTR"

One of my site recorded over 400% CTR before, but only once :)

I had just after midnight a report for today:

0 Impressions 3 Clicks

Who beats that CTR :)

jetteroheller, that would be a devide by zero error :)
One of my websites performs "usually" 10~15% CTR. My everyday problem, which is getting worse and worse these two days is the EPC. But that's another story..

I see about 30% CTR across all sites (about 2500 pages with AS running). I think mine's higher than most because my sites tend to be very niched and only one gets a lot of broad traffic. Most get relatively small traffic numbers, but I have to assume they are very targeted since CTR is high on those sites.
