Removing the first approved adsense domain?

I add a second site in my adsense account and want to remove the first one.

You can place adsense code on any of our websites as long as the websites and your method of placing code obey the google TOS.

just feel free to remove code from your old website if you want to and place it on any number of websute.

I've actually wondered about this too as I was thinking of selling the site I originally signed up for Adsense for. I wonder if you might need to do a bit more than just remove the code (I assume they have some sort of file that links you with the domain name you signed up with) like write to let them know...

If you are selling the site, you will need to reapply for a new account. If you still retain ownership of the site, it shouldn't be a problem.

ON sellin and removing the code, you may never have a problem, BUT they guy who is going to buy the site will have the problem because adsense knows YOU are the person linked to that site.

Better clear up things with adsense people. They are helpful and set things right, in most sale purchase issues.

You do have to re-apply if you were the original owner as well, and it was the site you used to sign up for. If it was simply a site you added after your original site, you just remove the AdSense script from the site.

Read seogrrl's experience here: [webmasterworld.com...] She had her account disabled when the new owners applied for AdSense and she had not reapplied for a new account.
