search google and get paid

After reading about "scrammer" sites I've been surfing my own site [No I don't do it usually, coz I get bored lol] and was looking at the ads...today I came across this site which said earn 10 cent per every search on google.

I visited it [by MANUALLY typing the url] and it has a text box to search at google. First you need to register and it seems they "pay" you for every search...
Who ever came up with this idea has a real smart brain! lol...this sets new standards for scrammer sites :)
