Channel and Aggregate way off?

Or maybe I haven't understood how it works?

Channel and Aggregate data is way off for yesterday.

I've got 3 channels on the same site. One for the root of the site, and two for different part of it.

When I show data for those three channels, it shows 24 clicks for one day. When I show Aggregate data it shows 19 clicks total. And that's across several sites.

Yeah, I know, it's not much. But I'm confused...

Does Google then count some clicks twice for that to happen? None of the channels were created that day. One was created the day before, though.

The CTR and eCPM are off the scale in one part of the site (articles I've had for years, but some attract people very likely to click on some ads). But they shouldn't discount clicks for that reason?

Your channels probably overleap. For your root channel instead of www.example.com try using www.example.com/index.html, since the first one will give you agregate data for that site.

I see. It would have been smarter if they didn't overlap. So when you create a channel under the root, then you extract what's in that directory from the results from the root.

Well, at least now I understand how that happened.
