Case studies not following the rules everyone else does?

What is up with One of the AdSence "Case Studies" <-the edited part<--
sites disguising their Google search box and not showing the "Ads by Goooogle" link below the Google ads?

That is lame how they can get away with that, but I would think not for long.

Am I wrong on this? Look at the site and you will see what I mean.

yeah I let Google know about it.

Edit: Ok well that makes sence not to post URL's So I'm fixing it now

On other site dealing wifi search does not display adsense anymore.

When you start making good money through Adsense, you are allowed to do certain things. I believe it's Adsense Premium...

Read the Adsense site.

I do not believe any of the case studies (at least not the ones I have looked at recently) are premium publishers, just regular ones.

Don't forget, the people who write case histories may not be familiar with the AdSense TOS. Their job is simply to tell a compelling story. (It's like any other type of PR writing: If you're assigned to write a story about widgets, you don't spend your time looking for engineering flaws.)

Europevisitors...you are absolutely correct..

if google wants to take out of us..no body stops..its theirs.. we need to be careful till we reach google status(market value)...
just joking....
May be one day we all will become...
