Public Service Ads on Server Change

Ads gone after changing servers...

First i would like to thank all of you for running such a good and helpful forum. As you know it's nearly impossible to get help from Google Support. I have a big problem about the adsense program. After I switched servers, i started getting psa's. I waited a couple of days for the ads to go normal but they did'nt but after a few days later the normal ads came back. Then i changed the layout of the ads, removed the top ads and added two more ads to the right frame... Aftre that the ads went away and didn't come back. First I waited for google to crawl the new url abd edited the robots file as stated and still didn't succed. My site is framed and is in turkish and its url is <snip>
I would be grateful if you can help...

You need to have the ad units in the same frame as the content. Having them in a frame by itself will cause PSAs to show instead of targeted ads.

Thanx for replying bu i have the ads on the page of the content and i am still recieving psa's...

I have been recieving ads before, but man after i changed the server and the url, they became psa's! It's been like that for a week i dont think it is because of the keywords because before the change i used to recieve normal ads...
