How to?

I'd like to create pages that look something like:
<snip>

(I am not affiliated with this site in any way, and the contents of this link may change at some time.)

In case the page has changed, it's an almost full page of larger text ads.

None of the default formats for adsense will handle this. Any suggestions? I am familiar with simple PHP tasks. Maybe someone could point me to a tutorial on extracting this kind of data.

That's a domain parked at SEDO.

Get 1 million page views a month and Google will be a lot more flexible with their formats.

For the meantime, it might be in your best interest to re-read the terms of service for Adsense publishers, as "normal" publishers are not allowed to modify adsense code in any manner whatsoever.

Thank you

So the next question, is has anyone used sedo, and how are their payout rates compared to going straight through adsense?
