For the past few weeks I have experienced a very wierd phenomenon. A new site of mine is not being tracked properly. Adsense is not counting the proper # of impressions or clicks. My PageViews should be 80 per day but Adsense only counts 5-10...

1. It is not the Adsense code, I checked it multiple times!
2. I KNOW for a fact that it is not because of the Public Service Ads

Does any1 have an idea what may be causing this?!?

your visitors don't support javascript.. maybe some errors with AdSense server.

I saw some kind of error yesterday for the first time. The clicks, CTR and earnings seemed normal, but for most of the day the impressions were WAY below what they should have shown. Later on it crept up, but still not to the level of the average, even at the low end, for the number of clicks. Something had to be off with counting impressions.

I find it unlikely that SO MANY of my visitors do not have jscript...

I agree with Marcia that there is something fishy with how impressions are being counted.

Do you use multiple ad blocks?

I think the issue is that Adsense was counting multiple ad blocks on a single page as multiple impressions, which has been corrected in the past couple of days.

I'm seeing massive drops which don't have anything to do with multiple ad units or javascript.

Just one block, only 1 or 2 pages altogether have 2.

I have a site whose traffic goes up and down in very predictable weekly curves...you could set your watch by it. Traffic is slowly going up as it is an educational site:

last 6 Saturdays according to AS have been.

13k
13k
13k
14k
14k
10k

server stats show Saturday's traffic at same level as previous Saturday.

something is NOT right for the AS stats from two days ago. I noticed it myself but didn't think it was worth saying anything about it....so, just to confirm what others have said.

My page views are at the average this week, and the AdSense clicks are 50% below.
