Hi I am getting a good no. of hits on my site and my adsense revenue is in thousands..

Now the problem is I run this site as a hobby (not registered) and since the cheque will be for more than 50K, will there be any tax issues which ai am to face in India..

Can I submit the cheque without a PAN No.?

Yes. You can.

PAN number is required only when you are depositing cash over Rs. 50,000.
