I was thinking about having some links to specific websearch results on my website.

Like:
«Information about blablabla on the web»

And this link would take the visitor to my websearch page of my adsense account.

Is this against the TOS?

Yes, this is against the terms. You can't link to a websearch results page, or have the search box on its own page.
