It looks like a typical full day of statistics here at 7:00 AM EST (GMT-5). FYI, the Google reports' day is based on PST (GMT-8) so 6 AM your time is only 3 AM their time.

It's 8AM when i start seeing the new stats for today, but it takes a few more hours untill yesterday stats are totally up-to-date

I typically notice the same behavior as jheslop1. I usually check my stats b/w 6 AM and 8 AM EST (3-5 hours after end of the AdSense day) and the previous day's stats typically show b/w 98% and 100% of the final impressions, clicks and earnings by that point.
