Does anyone know if the adsense data stats are slow today? It's only showing that I had served 100 impressions today. Yesterday for instance, at this time, I served about 11,000 or so.
Any ideas?

Fine for me but that doesn't say much.

Compworld, the answer is yes.. not updated yet for me, 800 impressions instead of the usual daily 10k.. it's very common lately.

my stats are current through 1 am this morning. Its now 9:47 this evening. Trafficwise it looks to be one of my busiest ever. I wonder if deviations from the norm like this cause stats to undergo some sort of extra check which takes more time. I'm not talking manual check, but perhaps a bit more rigorous automated scanning of clicks.

Instead of Adsense reporting of about 70% of my traffic, today it's reporting only about 30%. I don't know if it is stuck at some point earlier, or if that's the final stats.

I still haven't been updated since about 11 am yesterday. It's 7:30 am today.

I think it's some sort of check of clicks they might do for fraud , I suspect most websites are checked at some interval I noticed mine went really slow for a week and other members reported similar that week It maybe a way they use to detect fraud i.e. take xx number of websites and do a detailed analysis on stats / referrers / cpc etc. etc. If you have nothing to hide don't worry be happy that those that have something to hide are in panic mode PS mine seems to be running fine this week steve

Whats kind of funny is that on a normal day it lags about six hours behind. My traffic rises dramatically at around 9 am pst and the stats start to rocket around 3 pm. Sunday was the first day they were coming in within an hour of the traffic. Now they're making up for that. Keep in mind while its interesting for us involved it's really nothing to worry about.

Have nothing to hide, just thinking that a company the size of Google would have the ability to offer live stats. Smaller companies do, you would think Google would as well.

hahahahaha. Live stats would make for a really fun game, and IMHO Google knows it. Can you just imaging what kind of automated insertions one could do if the stats were "live"?

Can you explain what you mean by "automated insertions"?

My stats today still indicate "No data available" for the day. This is unusual. My stats from yesterday were behind, but have since been updated this afternoon.
It was nice to see that my earnings for yesterday were actually higher this afternoon than when I checked them this morning :-)
This is the first time I've seen stats lag this far behind. I wonder what the cause is?

Lately my stats are completely un-updated from, say, 9AM to 9PM (eastern), after which everything catches up and stays fairly "live" until about 4AM, when things slow down considerably until stopping completely at 9AM... and the whole cycle repeats.

Everything seems to be back to normal this morning, and yesterday's earnings were a very nice surprise :-)

Earnings are OK --- but what used to look like a 6 hours delay became 12 hour delay in reporting
