Targeting better in last few days

For the last month, Adsense has suffered from really poor targetting across my travel site, having been pretty much on the button 90+% of the time for the previous six months.

In the last few days, about half the ads in a skyscraper are on target (right country instead of wrong continent) and CTR has gone up from the bottom end of acceptable to more like old times, a boost of 2-3x.

Have others seen a similar improvement in targeting over the last three days or so?

I've seen slightly better ad targeting in the last 48hrs, some pages still suffer from poor targeting but not nearly as bad as a week ago.

This month has been much better than April which was the all time low.

Targeting NOT better here, also charity waayy up this month. One could almost believe that G is trying to "control" burn rate of ads...

It looks like decent targeting is finally back. I just hope it's back to stay.

CTRs have fallen to a horrible, unacceptable rate since two days here. Many pages display the same ads while the pages handle about totally different subjects. Sometimes there are no ads at all. I am starting to believe there aren't enough advertisers, while the subject of my site is very common and well-known and should be very attractive to advertisers. Hm :( Let's just wait and see....

I guess I spoke too soon, ads WAY off target, seems like their going more by domain and file extension than on the page text.

CTR suddenly dropped by 50% on May 10 :-(

Hopefully the adsense folks will have a look at sites like the one in my profile and work out what's so difficult about providing on topic (right country) ads.

Impressions down, clicks down, (this is because I have a more "seasonal" site and spring sales are slowing down) CTR down slighty BUT PPC up 20%! Thus, May is looking better for PPC. Also, May ads seem to be more on-topic than in April.

April was the worst PPC ever since we began in September. Also, strange, off-topic ads were being displayed.
