Hi, I know it's a Saturday... I know it's not even running 24 hrs yet. But my gut feeling tells me my EPC is all going back to 'low' normal...
Anyone has the same speculation?

jeez, are we gonna have this thread every week?
I don't see the point in them....loads of people post messages saying they're up, loads of people post messages saying they're down.
are we any wiser? don't think so....

irock,
Yes it seems that pleasant EPC bump has come and gone.

Eh, is opposite for me. April was awful (considered dropping AdSense); today was my best day ever. Seems to be different for everyone... Rob.

My EPC is very high still. Traffic today is lower as usual so are the earnings...

Yesterday my clicks were about average, but the EPC was almost DOUBLE what it normally is! But today looks like it'll be back to the normal weekend number.

What a day to start a new month, a new quarter! Everything is slow. 50% of the pages are filled with PSAs. Hope the day is over. 7 hours to go.

Exact same here. For those three days I had my hopes up April was just a nightmare and May would go back to pre Black Thursday performance. Looks like those three days were just a cruel joke.

I would need a full "work week" before making any conclusions.

It's too early to make any judgments about a trend, but in the last week or so, my average EPC has been slightly above March levels after being down noticeably in the first three weeks of April. CTR is still down quite a bit, though.

Well, if this real bad targeting continues, I think the CTR will stay low. I wrote an article on computer TV tuners. The ads used to be very related to my article, but now, they are all computer cables, monitors & routers. I truely have no idea what's happening.

It's the Google symphony -- the maestro brings up one section while lowering your section, then it brings you back up for a moment so you stay interested in playing.

Actually, my speculation would be that Google is having problems anticipating the result of their algo changes for advertisers and publishers...
Both publishers & advertisers are pressuring the adsense team to do something about getting better ads and getting higher quality visitors respectively.

sounds like people who where already making over 100/day noticed the biggest changes in EPC etc...
