I have talked with 6 Adsense publishers and all report their stats are down (at least ctr [6.x to 4.x] / payout). Number of visitors seem to remain the same.
Anyone else noticing this?

Mine is the opposite. It is likely that different ads are being served.

Yes, I've noticed ad revenue & click thrus declining for the past week. Impressions are about the same.
I'm wondering if Norton NIS has anything to do with this.
