I checked the terms for opening an Adsence acount. I live in Mexico, my site is in English, I sell a service that mostly people in USA buy, but also people from around the world; it is hosted at a hosting company in the USA. Do I need to send all the tax info to get an acount, or since I live in Mexico it isn't necesary? I read something that it doesn't mater if your site is hosted in the USA if you live in another country, so you don't need to send the tax stuff. Am I correct?

I'm sure it would be best for someone more qualified to answer this, but if it helps, I'm English, my site is made and run in England, but is hosted in the US. Thus I'm qualifying for no US tax rule.

Seen as your Mexican, I would say that it's like striker Luis Hernandez. He only became liable to US tax when he actually moved and signed with Los Angeles. So while your operation isn't in the US (apart from the hosting) you should be ok. It's only when you work in the US or have elements of the site being run in the US.

But wait for a more qualified answer mate.
