I've just looked at the code for some of the sites that I thought had AS without 'Ads By Google' & it turns out that several of these are TribalFusion (no TagLine requirement there?).

Given that TOS explicitly EXCLUDES modification of AdSense JavaScript code, I assume there is no way to suppress the default tagline and remain within TOS?
