I tried to login to adsense the other day and it wouldn't let me in.. it says :

"An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as it is associated with an unapproved application."

well I've had no email to say I've been binned and I haven't been doing anything dodgy to get binned so I'm lost for an explanation. I haven't lost the login as it's saying Unapproved so it is aware of a connection to that account but saying it's not approved.

I emailed adsense 3 weeks ago via the on site system and I've heard nothing, adsense ads are still showing where I have them up so any ideas what's going on would be appreciated.

copy your ad ID's off the page source code and email again, i'm sure they'll dig up the account.

Are you certain that emails from AdSense are not ending up in a spam filter? 3 weeks seems like a long long time.

That could also explain not receiving a banned account email.

all sorted.. had been thinking my pop mail was being collected for the domain I thought it was and it wasn't :(

I'm very much sure that you are 100% BANNED, check your SPAM filter.

Are you sure that the ads are still showing?
