AdSense & FireFox Referrals

Up to $1.00 "depending on the users location"?

I am thinking about adding the referral buttons and text on some of my sites for AdSense and Firefox. It states on Googles website that with Firefox referrals:

Firefox plus Google Toolbar: When a user you've referred to Firefox plus Google Toolbar runs Firefox for the first time, you'll receive up to US$1 in your account, depending on the user's location.

Does anyone know what this means? Does it mean if the user downloads the Firefox browser and they are in XYZ country we may only get for example 25 cents, but if a user in ABC country downloads the browser we "may" get up to $1.00?

Is there somewhere that tells you the amount paid for each particular country, etc?

I had a 25 cent payment for FF. Obviously don't know what country the downloader was from.

Yes - XYZ country gets .25, ABC country gets .10, and USA country gets $1.00

I have had only about 7-8 signups, which a very high percentage of clicks but based on a tiny CTR, over the last couple of months but it's on a site where the traffic is over 90% from the UK.

Got $1 for each of them, so it's probable that it is not just the US that gets the max.

i get the majority of my earnings from FF referrals, and of those, the vast majority of them pay the full $1.00
