I believe Google has some kind of PIP checking system that has to go through each account according to ORDER BY `PUBLISHER-ID` ASC like in SQL? in which case you have to wait a while for your Google account to be updated (but this does not mean there is no PIP). Hence may 26th PIP status when it only appeared on may 29th, that delay indicates a slow system update along side the actual payment link initialy initated on the 26th.

how can you expect to see a change in P.I.P when?
- it is the middle of the night pacific coast time
- it is a national holiday in north america and even most of europe
contrary to what some of you seem to believe, Google does not work 24/7, they work normal office hours for ad sense stuff.

i doubt anyone will see changes in PIP now until tomorrow midday.

I just happened to notice PIP was posted at Noon on Memorial Day.
