Note: When I have Signed up With AdSense I Have Registered OTHER SITE (About games )not the free web hosting Domain.
PS: If I will Put Ads (From a friend of mine who have account with adsense) on my Domain (The One who have been canceled by adsense) Will Cancel Google the account of my friend?

If it wasn't you or any friend, then what reason were invalid clicks counting?
If nothing you done caused your removal you can try a personal appeal, provided you fully co-operate with google investigation team then you would have a chance for re-inclusion if everything was above board.
On the other hand, did you look at alternatives to google adsense?
Also - I am not 100% sure if it is you or you and the domain that gets excluded... so if your friend put up adsense ads he/she could also get banned for the same reason as you did.

If he/she is really your friend keep their code away from your banned domain and yourself.
The domain is "damaged". Depending on the laws where you are, you have to inform the prospective buyer about it in advance.
Google will only show PSAs on banned domains, regardless of the account.
I don't think Google would block your "friend" if you put ads with his account on the page, because anybody could do that. The code snippets are public information. Since Google only shows PSAs anyway, they don't lose money or credibility and have no reason to ban the other account (and you have no reason to use another account: it just doesn't work).
If you've been banned, it's probably for a good reason. (Hints: You're trying to trick Google with different accounts and your first message on this board is the cancellation report.) I don't consider you a friend. You took money out of the system that belongs to honest webmasters and advertisers.
If his friend ever runs into regular small trouble with Google and is manually reviewed, having been 'associated' with a banned domain or account is not going to do him any good, that is why my advice is steer clear of suspicion, yes anyone can put your code on a banned domain, but if there is other information that ties you both together, and Google does collect information to protect advertisers and itself, your goose is cooked.
