In one of the adlinks blocks, the topics were medical supplies, advanced medical training, etc.
Then, one of the topics that came up was about filing malpractice suits against doctors. Obviously, site visitors will be offended by this.
Is there a way to block this particular topic?
Thanks.
While you can't block link units by topic, you can still block the ads themselves. In the example you mentioned, I'd recommend blocking all of the URLs listed under 'malpractice suits'.
You might also try using section targeting to help our crawlers determine which parts of your site are relevant for advertising.

Since AdSense only gives us 200 lousy slots to filter ads what you're suggesting could easily exceed the limit without even trying, not to mention it would have to be an ongoing thing as new advertisers come online daily.
Crazy talk I tell ya.
Here is a related thread that you might wish to pass along with this one to the technical team. thanks!

Until that I have tons of page views without adsense. Yahoo is doing better with the targeting option however lack of quality ads is the reason I dont use them either.
