I finally received my adsense check for November but where is my check for October? Yes, I still did not receive my check for Octover and there must be something wrong, right?
Should I write to google to tell them to combin my October earning with my December earning, or just wait until Jan 22nd? (I am an internationality publisher). Btw, the check is so hard to open but I like this feeling.

Unless you live in a country where mail theft is a problem, try waiting for another week or so. Especially with the holiday mail volume and the number of days difference between the time the October and November checks were mailed, it could still be in transit.

We are in the same position, I was waiting for the holiday to clear before checking out the situation.

Can somebody else cash your check? The check is issued to you...

Yes. Only the real owner can get the cash. About 2 years ago, I received a wrong check from US, the name of payee is stranger but the address is mine.

Some places will cash the check without even asking for id.

A couple of years ago, I had a check sent to my country (Argentina) from a US company and the check never arrived, ten I asked for a new check but they told my that the check was already cashed, I requested the signed check copy, and they faxed me my check signed by a thief with my last name, the signature was totally different from mine and was cashed in "La Caixa", a bank in Madrid.

Postal employees told me that they heard a lot of cases like mine.

The company filled a complaint in the US bank and the case never got solved.

A few days ago I received a small check from USA. The payee name was wrong, they put my site name instead of my name. My uncle with a different last name than mine cashed the check without problem in the moment in an exachange house.

I have a US forwarding address and a US bank account to prevent this.

I've just got my November cheque this morning, but no sight of the October one. I'll wait a couple of days to see if this is still in transit.

We don't have postal problems in New Zealand, and banks here are quite strict about rules on cashing cheques with wrong names. So I'll wait - but not long :)

October cheque received Jan 5th here in the UK, well after November payment. It looks like the delays were the holiday post.

It would be good if we could get payments direct to a bank a/c. That would do away with the problem of lost cheques altogether, don't know if it would be too much hassle or too much expense for Google though?

Considerably more expensive to do bank transfers internationally at the moment.

I received the Oct. check yesterday. Now I can say I never lost a check these years:)
Adding more payment options(Wire transfer...) is more easy then developering the content match tech of ADSense, right?
