I have a website whose primarily content is english, yet it contains a translated arabic " a language that isnt supported by adsense program yet can be used for advertisers (adwords) " which isnt against the TOS.
The real problem is that my website doesn't show google ads, most of the time it shows PSA, I've tried section targetting, yet it didn't work. Could changing the encoding of the page to utf-8 help the media bot understanding the arabic content of the page and siplaying the ads. Any suggestions about anything that may help english or arabic ads in my website. Your help would be deeply appreciated.
This thing is really annoying me, bc am getting a decent amount of visitors, yet ads arent displaying in the downloadetail page most of the time, which the most visited page in my website. The main problem is in the downloadetail pages, the main pages are fine.
