Make sure your keywords are changed.

Sit back and wait until the spider gets to it or what ever happens at that point. My expierience is about 3 days but it could be longer before the ads re-aline.

If I am wrong can someone correct me?

I have seen a great deal of evidance that proves adsense relies greatly on your meta keywords tag. So perhaps this is something that has not been changed since you changed your site. I have a games website and I had these stupid weight loss ads. Whether appropiate or not it had nothing to do with my content. Then as soon as I added my meta tags, BOOM, I seen the difference right away.

It takes a couple days for AdSense to understand what's going on. When you load the a page the first time AdSense will crawl it and serve some ads.

It happened to me: I have a service that make URLs small (written using Python), and the form processing page has AdSense. This page had a check to see if the referral URL was from my form. If it wasn't, an error message was displayed (full of Python debug info, I had just put the site live, and was checking it out).

When I fixed this, and people could access the form processing page and no more Python errors, I was being served with Python related advertisement, and it continued for some days. AdSense thought that the page was about Python and kept thinking for some time :p
