MFA Filter List.any precompiled ones?

Are there any precompiled MFA filter lists, or is everone pretty much just exmaining their site and adding them to the filter when found?

The only ones for certain are ebay. What I block on my site will probably never appear on yours, so it's something you have to work on yourself.

I would say that it's not a good idea to rely on the adsense preview tool - that shows a selection of ads that might be targetted, as opposed to ads that have actually appeared on your site. I only block ads I've actually seen on my site, and even then I only block ones that I've seen several times. Reason being that many of the MFA's are seen once only so not really worth blocking.
