I have heard in posts here that there is something like Adsense Club or You are in the UPS club .. something like that. I would like to know what is it all about the club and do these clubs really exist?

No, the club does not really exist. It is just a made-up phrase to classify a certain group of people. In the "old days", all publishers who made a certain amount of money per month (I think it was $10,000) would have their checks delivered by UPS. So, the term was made up to call those publishers as being a part of the UPS Club.

Times have changed, and that method of delivery is no longer happening, but the term is still used to refer to publishers who make that much money from Adsense.
