Hi

I just registered today and wanted to introduce myself and say 'hi'.

I also want to say thanks for the great posts so far as they have been very helpful to an Adsense Virgin like me.

I will definitely not be flooding the forum with stupid questions but I do ask one I promise that it will be after extensive research first.

However, if you do have any recommended starting points or essential reading to do with Adsense then I will be absolutely delighted as I want to learn all that I can.

Once again, 'hi' and thanks again for sharing your experiences.

Wow, that is indeed a polite introduction, welcome to Webmaster World! Apart from the library I also read many posts in the Adwords forum, cause the advertisers are the ones who pay for our Adsense earnings. There is a lot to learn from what they discuss...

Welcome,
So tell us a little about your sites.
How many sites do you have? How old are they?
Always remember -NEVER CLICK ON YOUR OWN ADS

There are many newbies that the first thing they do is tell all of their friends and family to start clicking on adsense. Don't do it..you'll get banned!

Welcome to the adsense forum Henrys_Cat. Read the adsense TOS and the FAQ's....should be enough with the library to keep you busy for a while:)

$500 per day *drifts off into a lovely dreamland wondering what to do with all of that lovely dosh. Sigh*

LOL I think I have a long way to go.

Is $500 a day a reality for some people?

I haven't told any of my friends about my site for the very reason that some of them might think that they are doing me a favour by clicking.

My planned route for success is:

1) Add my own content
2) Submit my content to article directories
3) Add content to my blog
4) Ping my blog
5) Build a new site
6) repeat

I know it can't be that simple so I need to learn as much as I can like how to choose my subject, how to determine how much ads will earn me, how to direct targetted traffic to my site and fully understand how Adsense works.

It's going to be a tall order but I really need to pull it off.

That is why I value this forum and all of the members here.

Thanks

Sorry Martinibuster

I posted my site in response to somebody asking earlier in the thread.

Thanks for editing my post.

Sincere apologies for the genuine mistake. I hadn't realised it was against the rules.
