I know a "long" time ago that the minimum CPC on Adwords was $0.05 and I just noticied it is now $0.01 and I was wondering if anyone knew if this might be related to the lowered performance recently with Adsense

You can pay as low as 1-2 cents per click, it won't show up on searches (.05 min) but it will be served on websites at the bottom of the heap (ie just before PSA's are displayed).

My adsense just turned on at .03 cents after 60 days of no clicks.
