You probably got booted out of the program. Did you check your bulk mail to see if your termination email went in there?

no email or anything....and i didnt have no ads on my websites to get booted I dont understand

Possibility #1: A mistake in Google's sytem, in which case you should contact AdSense support.

Possibility #2: You applied for more than one AdSense account, and your "accepted" application has since been associated with the "rejected" application.

Possibility #3: Your removal of all of the ads from your sites constituted termination of your AdSense contract, and you must get the account reactivated, in which case you should contact AdSense support.

I'm sure that others can thing of even more possibilities, but only AdSense can provide answers.

no toldan i didnt even have ads appearing on none of my sites..it was not doing nothing for me lately so removed it

There's a clause where you can be terminated for inactivity, although I haven't heard of that happening to anyone yet.

Google reserves the right to terminate without notice any account that has not generated a sufficient number of valid clicks on Ads or Referral Buttons or valid impressions of Ads (in each case as measured by Google) for a period of two (2) months or more.

Your profile indicates that you've been active in YPN. I wonder if that could be a factor, now that you've been inactive with AdSense for a while. Maybe Google doesn't want to be anyone's PPC network of last resort.

Possibly if you reapply. I don't think that they hold grudges for slow websites.

Jay, don't worry, if it's due to inactivity, you will most likely be able to get back into the program. Just contact Google and ask them do you have to reapply again or maybe they can reactivate your old account.
