I dont think that any of those keywords are high paying. It is a low paying niche in general.

I would imagine that there would be quite an oversupply of these topics

OK. Sounds good. How's that AdSense working out for you?

I want to learn which of these keywords are paying more.

Why not look in your weblogs and your AdSense reports and find out? I mean, if you set up a channel for "/home/widget.html", AdSense will tell you how much money you're making there, and your weblogs can tell you what search terms were mostly responsible for traffic arriving there.

Advertisers who paid $1/click yesterday might pay only $.05/click tomorrow, and Google varies the payout dynamically (Google for "smart pricing") and on a per-account (at least) basis, so it would be extremely difficult for anyone else to tell you with great accuracy which keyword is going to pay you the most.

However, if you want to use the time-honored SWAG1 method of keyword value estimation, use the free Overture bid tool to compare the value of one to the other, or open an AdWords account and check the price Google claims you would have to pay to stay on top. Neither method will likely be close to what you will get paid, but the relative value of the keywords compared may hold often enough to be useful.

Group two will pay you more than Group 1 and 3.

However, you will not make much. These keywords are not high paying.
