#clicks don't sum up

recently, i've set up channels (cover most of my pages), but I found that the clicks from channels don't sum up to the total clicks on my site, the difference is quite big.

I wonder if anyone experience this as well. And got any hints?

I have link unit on my pages, not sure if that has anything related to the click counting on the link unit page though.

Yes that happens to me too. Sometimes i wonder where are the other clicks coming from..when i'm missing like 50 after i add everything up in my channels.

maybe those clicks come from ad units..

easiest way yo explain is like this

you have a normal url channel for www.domain.wot, each page on that domain has a custom channel (if you havent, you should) so in your reports you will see www.whatever had $10 for the day but the total in channels may be $20 lets say the site is 3 pages big and each page has its own channel each page in theory has $3.33 hence the $10 BUT in the reports you see the $10 total for the WHOLE domain and the 3 channels show you how it was made up, something like that anyway
