Google Adsense Support - A Failure Miserable

no respone to emails

Hi everyone,

I know many times Adsense, but I'm very sad how Adsense reply to my questions.

I was on www.google.com/ adsense to register someone of my friend.
1. I have submit the form - 1th Februry
2. After few seconds I got a email verification
3. I have click on the link offered to verify, the response " Thank you for verify your email, etc etc ... you will get a reply as soon as possible"
3. 1th - 5th February = NO REPLY from google if my friend is approved or not!
4. on 7th February I ask them by email from this address https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/search.py?search_ask=1&contact_topic=5&Action.Search=Continue
Asking them to tell me if X is approved or NOT.
5. NO REPLY FROM THEM
6. on 7th February I email AGAIN. Still NO REPLY from them!
7. Today, 8th February, still awaiting their response. NO REPLY

My friend is sad and upset.

Google Adsense Support is a FAILURE, it is my opinion.

They probably have couple people answering those emails and i bet their mailbox has couple thousand emails deep. Wait couple more days and then try again... I wish they had a google adsense support line you can call 24/7.

if this is to sign up a new site for adsense, it may take even longer. just sit tight.

he submitted the form on wednesday night (seeing as he calls tuesday the 7th , wednesday the 8th) so discounting the weekend when they don't work, Google has had 3 days ( at most) to read his email, check out his website and approve/disapprove of him?

and after 3 days he comes out with this ridiculous rant?

aff_dan you need to take a chill pill, if they do approve your friend you are going to be a serious headache for anyone who comes into contact with you!
