hey guys i made 50% jump in my adsense programm just by changing it TO link units and placing it rectangle box right in my sidebar... i have alltogether 3 ads plus search box (skyscraper, adsense button, links unit, seacrh box) is it by the TOS? can someone check my URL and give comments on where could i even more better place ads, is the colors optimal, and is everything by the TOS...

oh yes my advice is (as i figured) to put link units, make them blend style with background, and somwhere middle up on your blog, left is optimal

ohh is there link exchange forum on webmaster forum?

thnks for all info

Without wishing to appear rude to a new member, do you not think it would be a good idea to read the Adsense programme Terms And Conditions BEFORE installing it on ANY site?

All the answers you require are on the Adsense site except for blogs and there was a good post here which is on hold for some reason:

[webmasterworld.com...]

And before anyone else says it, DO NOT click on your own ads!

(tos is too long to find this)

So what would you do if no one were to respond to any of your questions?

Research the T&C's or just go ahead and do it?

Your answer is right here:

[google.com...]

Most of your answers are in the same section.

Read them, remember them and don't forget them.

[/end sermon]

Well, it is Sunday:-)

Believe me, spending few hours in reading the TOS will be the best investment you can make if you are in for a long innings with adsense. Adsense can translate into serious money and serious money require some serious attention from your side. I would suggest that you print it off, take a marker pen and read it thorougly.

oops, optirex beat me to it :-)

what is big daddy?

It's either a nickname for Brett or a Google datacenter, not sure.

Niether, its the guy in the black car that calls when you've been clicking your own ads

More of a newbie mistake than grand theft, but it's annoying that people continue to treat AdSense as a way for visitors to say "thank you", regardless of how clearly the rules are spelled out or how many times it has come up in the past or how unfair it is to make some random advertiser pay for the thank-you card.
