I just implemented some changes to my section targetting and am starting to get ads that are much closer targetted to my content. I run a forum and can't look at every thread but wanted to ask my users to review the quality of ads and post comments. Would this in any way violate the AdSense TOS?

Don't ask Google. There's no way they'd say yes. You'd just make them suspicious of you. Just don't do it.

I agree it sounds like a bad idea. Besides I doubt your visitors could tell you anything you can't easily see for yourself.
