Can Bidvertiser ads generate money?

I see Bidvertiser on many Sites too , Is it OKAY to Use Google ads and bidvertiser ads on same site?
Though one of my site was disqualified by bidvertiser but others are registered . I hesitate to put both togather . Google is doing well , I made 2000$ last month .

I did a quick search on Google, there are several comments there on other forums which are not very favourable at all.
