Suppose I have signed up with google using domain A and I run adsense ads on another (say)10 sites.
So when potensial advertisers click on 'advertise on this site' link from any of these 10 domains/sites (not A) what they see is page for domain A.
How can advertisers select any of those 10 domains for site targetd ads? Will my those sites ever get CPM ads on them (given that there are advertisers interested).
Thanks In Advance!

Google knows which page/site the click came from. However, they only allow one landing page per account. The landing page is set, by default, as the site you signed up with. However they do allow you to customize that page.
Here are some of their suggestions on what to do if you have multiple sites.
First, you can put up a basic "Advertise On This Site" type of ad, which will not allow advertisers to know about other sites. Or, you can put up a custom page listing all your sites with a brief detail of each one.
Obviously the goal here was to sign up new adwords advertisers, and use thousands of publishers' sites (without notice) to advertise the campaign for free.

I disagree. I feel the intention of the system would be to sell more ads from advertisers visiting your site that wish to advertise. Obviously these advertisers are willing to pay more! So that means more for Google and you. That's my take on it anyway. Google don't get free anything in this - they have plenty of costs associated with Adsense/Adwords.
Go to "My Account" in Google Adsense and click on "edit" for the Onsite Advertiser Sign-Up page. Leave the site name field blank and click "Save Changes". The correct domain will then be shown on each of your sites whenever someone clicks on the Advertise on this site" link (instead of the default one listed for your account).
