How Much Have You Earned Since Joining Adsense?

Hi,

I am now officially a full time new Adsense small publisher after quitting my job. I know that this sounds very silly but I don't think I have anything to lose, because the income from my previous job is very low.

Since joining a few months ago I have not received any cheque yet, because my earning is only approaching US$200. That is a very small income and is not enough for me to survive. But not to worry since I am running about 20 web sites and I only put Adsense on one of my sites.

I am sorry if this question has been asked before or if it is against Google's TOS to reveal how much you have earned. But if it is okay, is it possible for you to tell us how much you have earned since joining Adsense? Tell us the year or month since joining and the total amount of money you have made. It also would be nice to know the average number of monthly visitors to your site.

Anyone here become a millionaire after joining Adsense?

Thank you very much for your input and I am sure the figures would be an encouragement to a new Adsense publisher like me who almost give up on affiliate programs.

I am a part time Adsenser. I started in july 2005. Now am close to cross 1K per month. Target is crossing $100 mark in next 6 months.

And man! you have guts to leave the job and do this adsense stuff only. My advise to you: dont depend upon Adsense only. Start some other kindof marketing too so that even if Google BANS you tomorrow, you sill have $200 coming in your pocket every month.

Started with Adsense 2 months ago, first day was $3.01, first month $97.57, best day was yesterday $11.69. Have earned well over $200 in total so far.

The visits of my site depends, but its around 80-90.000 uniques month with 220000/views!

80 000 uniques a month and you made 550 dollars during the last 6 months?
You mean, half a million people where to your website and you made just 550 dollars?

If I had that many visitors on my website, it would be making a good money for myself and at least 1-4 other people.

or maybe you simply make lots more with other advertising and Adsense is only to make money for your ice-cream? :)

$250K since 2003. It's been going up and up, derailed only by Jagger which affected my Oct and Nov earnings. But Dec ended better and January is looking absolutely fantastic

Million - it depends which currency! For example 1 US$ means you can get 1349790.0 lira (eg be a Turkish lira millionaire). I presume they mean $ on this forum, but becoming a British millionaire requires about US$1,763,201. However a more pertinent questoin is not how to become one but what do do with the money when you do?

I haven't made that much (yet) but it's possible. You just need enough traffic.

When you think of sites like Weblogs making in the thousands a day, it's highly plausible for individuals, including those who peruse this forum, to have made in excess of 1 mil, especially considering that the program is approaching 3 years old.

Especially those who:-

a) had sites predating Adsense
b) advertise (PPC), other sites etc to drive traffic to their site as well as ruthless SEO/self-promotion/marketing! 1 million over 3 years is only a three figure sum a day.

A measely 138 $s . :( . I started it on June 2005 , with a free domain with a non-existant traffic. I crossed the 100 mark in Nov. Actually till october i didnt know that this money was for real but since i got my PIN code i am trying to make headway into Adsense. So with a free domain i earned about 130 $s ( you can laugh :) ) in 6 months. Now i have opened up a .com domain , a complete new site , since 1st Jan and earned about a total of 8 $s . Mind you i have NO search engine ranking as till now so i hope to make REAL headway once i get that.
Wish i could just get traffic.
Looking at you guys i can just stare in awe and try to get rid of envy building inside me . :) .

We just started years before you that's all. :) Either that or we were involved with other sites or related stuff first and gained experience eg:-

computers
marketing
businesss etc....

We all remember what it was like to start out doing it as a hobby. :)
