Adsense Reporting VERY Slow Today?

My page impressions are lagging WAY behind the norm.

So is it just me or is adsense tracking running way way slow today? If I had to guess I'd say mine are running about 8 hours behind.

Looks on track for our sites - maybe a little slower than yesterday.

I was assuming that it was the approaching holidays in the US/UK/etc.

I'm not worried about earnings, they are normal given the impressions. My concern is that I know the pageviews should be a much higher number.

If it's not the holidays, then maybe the reporting really IS slow, due to them starting to process payments.

My page impressions are looking more or less correct however the earnings updates are way behind.

I've been seeing this nearly all this month with yesterday supposedly "earning" 50% of my income in the last 6 hours which was very nice:-)

I'll see what breakfast brings.

Someone is reporting in another thread that the double impressions for the referral tags are no longer being counted.

Can't confirm this however that may explain lower page views.

According to our stats the holiday surge is over, and on the downswing. Too late to ship products in time for Christmas. Advertisers bids have dropped.

It is exactly what I see at my stats. A couple of weeks ago my reports started to add the url channels and the regular channels impressions, resulting in inflated pageviews. Today everything went back to normal.

I wonder why nobody pointed that before? (Ok, neither did I).
