I have a web-site, where I placed AdSense advertising. This web-site was registered in AdSense some years ago by my partner who left this project, then I created new account and registered the site to my name - it was in August. After web-site submission Google AdSense Team was checking the web-site eligibility about 2 weeks (1) and only after that process they registered the site in adsense program. During these months there were no use of such technologies as doorways, cloaking, etc... (2), another way Google would detect them. The web-site income was not so big (3) so I don't think that Google was suffering from it. Since August I should receive the payment 2 times ( before December ) and every time I wasn't receiving it for Google's Support Team mistakes:
1. first time they described me that I didn't submit tax information correctly, however I've submitted it by provided guide and I received the message that my tax information saved, but when I entered to my account I discovered that my tax information erased
2. second time I suddenly detected that my payment is stopped. I sent them e-mail, and receive the response after 2-3 days, that it was a mistake in their system, however they can't send the payment now, because by their Policy time period for amount sending is over, but they will send total amount for 4 months in December for sure.
You can understand that not so small amount was collected for these months.
And today I got the message from Google, that my Adsense account was found to be related to an account previously disabled for invalid click activity and Adsense Team has therefore disabled my account. My earnings will be properly returned to the affected advertisers. As outlined in program Terms and Conditions, Google reserves the right to terminate any publisher's participation at any time.
2 years ago an account for this web-site was created and managed by my partner and I don't know what was going on there, nevertheless if my site was blocked previously how can they allow this site in participation in program after 2 weeks checking?! Then how can they keep it 4 months with blocking info and checking it every time before the payment transaction, finding out errors (their program errors, not mine), watching site info every time, and after 4 months close this program with pretty enough amount of money?
