I suffered click attack and was disabled in September. I decided to sell the ideas of content of the site (literature for kids) to my classmates. They bought hosting and domain, developed more content and changed the template of the site so much. Then they applied Google Adsense and was accepted. Today, they called me telling that the account was disabled because of being related to an account previously disabled for invalid click activity. They asked me to pay compensation for it. I don't think I have to do but they blamed me with my ideas of content.

Solution: new domain
new hosting ip
new design
new name
... (basicaly start a new site) and then enjoy adsense.

same domain?

No, they bought a brand new domain and hosted the site on their own computer (diffent IP with mine). But they were still banned because of being related with me! And I am going to run out of money for Christmas to pay compensation to them :(

New site, news name, new ip, new template etc will not help you gain new Google account after they disable you. What they also look for is your home address.

Well, my home address is different from them, of course. I think the problem is name or phone number. My name is the most popular female name in my country (also like Maria Rossi in Italy or Mary Smith in England). And as we are in the same University and hostel, there's only one available phone number. Oh my God!

Adsense isn't the only contextual ad program you know... Seems a bit drastic to sell the entire site with all content just because of an adsense ban.

Don't give them any compensation unless you get the site back. Put some other ad program on there.

Or just suggest they do so instead of getting anything from you.

And as we are in the same University and hostel, there's only one available phone number.

That could be it. They should have used a mobile no. Btw, If your friend didn't click his ads or something nasty he could appeal to google and ask for mercy. I've seen a lot of ww members that have been accepted back to the program after appealing their case to google.

Thanks for you advise. I do everything I can to help them and help myself too. I suggest them to write letter explain details and send to Adsense. They are so hopeful. I wish I had the "related" reason like them.
